Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Standard shipping to the UK mainland is free and delivery is expected within 2-4 business days. International shipping is charged at £23.99 and delivery is expected in 3-17 business days. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

Express shipping is available and charged at £6.99 with delivery expected in 1-3 business days. Express shipping is not available on orders outside the UK mainland. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@moto-mac.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
